  • Home Work (HW) exercises:

  • There will be 4 Home Work exercises during this course. They will be announced explicitly, including deadlines, and details of submission via blackboard.
  • The HW exercises will contribute to the final grade with a weight of 15%.
  • Grades and Final Grade:

  • The Home Work exercises will be graded on a scale of 1-10. This will lead to a total T of at most 40 points
  • The homework grade H is determined by H = T/4, rounded off to 1 decimal of accuracy.
  • The written exam at the end of the course will also be graded E on a scale of 1 - 10, with one decimal of accuracy.
  • The final grade F is determined by F = 0,15 H + 0,85 E, rounded off to an integer below 6, and a half integer above 6.
