You can run MOGUNTIA and analyze the output with a single application. To start this application, double click on the icon pma.sav in the IDL directory. This will open the IDL-virtual machine. Alternatively, you can select the program idlrt.exe, somewhere in the RSI directory tree. A window-based program will be started, which can be navigated by mouse-clicks. If you want to change the input (add stations, modify emissions, etc.) you have to copy the original input file and to edit this copy in an editor. To use the new file, just select it from select input file and run MOGUNTIA program. The input files are located in the folder moguntia. The syntax of the input files is described in the moguntia input description.
If output was requested in the input file, it can be inspected using the button inspect most recent output. Earlier runs (with a different title) can be accessed by clicking the third button. Notice that you can activate multiple windows by repeated clicking on the MOGUNTIA plot manager window.
The windows that will appear contain several options, which will not be explained. Hopefully it is easy to use!
