check Engine class version no, testEngine.testCLI, /etc/tests/SimpleQuery.xml, build.xml and README
check CHANGELOG list of issues is up to date and date/caption is added to release number.
check that unit tests all work (and that all code compiles).
check compile warnings for obvious quicky tidy ups
	ok to ignore javacc generated code warnings
	ok to ignore test code warnings
check javadocs
	ensure no warnings
	ensure all packages have package.html
	ensure all classes have a description
	ensure tests not listed
update user docs
tag svn repository
