The corrected version of the review contains a few minor corrections to the published AI Journal version. Most of them concern minor presentation issues but two corrections have technical relevance: On page 11 of the corrected version an incorrect formula on page 220 of the AI Journal version is corrected. This concerns the formula in the first paragraph on page 220 following the phrase "or whether in addition the doctor b is also forbidden to impede the patient's access". On page 31 of the corrected version an incorrect term on page 232 of the AI Journal version is corrected. This concerns the conclusion of the scheme named U2-U1-CS1(Mason). The conclusion of this scheme should be "Therefore, U1-CS1(Mason) does not apply".
