Recipes for authors and editors of ASP-CS proceedings, made on
the basis of my co-editing the proceedings of the Coimbra Solar
Physics Meeting in October 2006.

Some files here are intended to replace ASP files (author latex
template, author latex example, latex style file, author
instruction).  

Other files are the modified files I used in my editing
(full-book latex calling file, bibtex style file, scripts,
frontmatter latex files).

This stuff will not be maintained unless I edit another ASP-CS
volume.
