The design of the radio is unusual. First, it looks quite different from other radios of the era and I do not like it, but this is of course a matter of taste. Second, it is rather uncommon to have an FM radio with ACDC power supply. These transformerless designs are mostly found only with cheap radios.

This Object
Riding the street on the day after I saw this baby lying with the garbage. Somebody had put it carefully on top of a few very soft bags of dirt. The condition was amazing: no dirt, no grease on the knobs, it just looked as if it had been taken from the shop the day before. See what happens when people do not smoke and touch their precious equipment only with white gloves.
