The Design

In the smaller set Erres KY504, I built a Bluetooth/FM unit in the back panel. To use the larger KY507 for FM and podcast listening, I made this separate unit, to be connected to the pickup entry.

In Bluetooth mode, it draws 300mW from the mains, in FM mode 530, in aux mode 370, and when off just 90mW.

This Object

The FM507 is no more that the well known Bluetooth unit (without amplifier this time) in a small plastic container. The audio cable connects the two channels (through 4k7 resistors) to convert to mono in banana jacks. Though I made it for use with the KY507, it can of course be deployed with any radio or amplifier.
