Roughly, three components can be distinguished in the schema. The basic part, in black, is two resistors of 8 Ohm that can be seen by the test amplifier as load. They can be shunted (blue) by two more 8 Ohm resistors with switch S1, to form 4 Ohm loads. The final part, in green, is a monitor speaker. It can be switched (S2) to the right channel, nil, or the left channel. It can also be attenuated with switch S3. All resistors come from a package of 25 pieces of 22 Ohms: the 8 Ohms are formed of three parallel ones.
