The Design

The Radio Art postcard collection claims this radio to date back to 1960,

but this radio clearly cannot be that old. An earlier model perhaps? Well, I do believe a design like this could be produced over more than a decade, but I do not believe that this design could be produced in 1960. The electric works necessary inside are simply too intricate for that era.

Disposed	Sold 6/2000.

This Object

For some time the RADIO-radios were given out by the TROS broadcasting company to participants of their shows. This one was among those, as can be seen from the TROS advertisement.
