The Design

Around 1960, ACDC radios were simply the cheap type. No DC power was used anymore, so that was no longer a reason for using transformerless designs. Despite its simple and cheap circuitry, this radio is equiped with three wave bands.

Obtained3/2003 from Dave Gerrits, Soest.
Condition7.
DisposedSold 9/2003.

This Object

It played only the SW band when I got the radio, but replacement of the mixer tube UCH81 brought the other bands back to life. Currently some carcking in the volume pot. Sorry for the missing decoration strips!
