The Design

The big analogue world receivers were a hype in the seventies. Everybody wanted to surf the airwaves, receive exotic stations, the 27Mc Citizen's Band was blooming, reception of airplanes was possible. However, the pleasure of many listeners was ruined by inferior equipment. This Tokyo Panda is of about the same era as the Marc receiver, and shares the inevitable world time converter and map. The design is even cheaper and poorer than the Marc's.
