The Design
A lot of Russian measuring instruments came to the West in the eighties. For example there is this Cossor scope as well. The instruments were sometimes given in bulk parties in return for Western import goods that were ordered and delivered, but could not be paid for otherwise.

This Object
In the inheritage of Mr. Krijnen I had encountered the metal case and instructions for the Tse 4315. Later I was glad to buy that meter and this one together from Paul van Berlo.
